The Buying Journey

If you aren't paying cash then you will need to get pre-approved. This is your golden ticket to be able to make an offer on any properties we find that meet your criteria. Seeing homes without being pre-approved can be a waste of time especially in a fast-moving market so it's best to be prepared!
Now time for the fun stuff. This is where we will find that perfect home for you and your family. We will take a look it at in person and see if it checks off all the boxes for your needs.
In this step we will come up with terms to offer the seller for the home you picked out. This will include our professional opinion for price and will include other details such financing, inspections, and closing dates.
Once we get an offer accepted there will be multiple things going on at the same time in terms of getting the deal to the closing table. We will be working with your lender, the title company, and the seller's agent simultaneously to get you in your new home and make the process as smooth as possible!
